The bed body is cast in gray iron (HT 300), with high load, wear resistance and high rigidity mechanical properties. Compared with the traditional sleeve type spindle, no clearance, the positioning accuracy is higher. The tail seat is driven by hydraulic motor, and combined with in-position detection, electromagnetic speed control valve and pressure control valve, to achieve precise position positioning, double speed control and jacking force adjustment. The tail seat thrust can be adjusted according to the need to effectively ensure the machining accuracy of the parts; the tail seat moving double speed control, which greatly reduces the position setting time. The tail seat movement can be controlled by the system to realize the automatic processing.

7. Energy conservation and environmental protection:

The wire bar and guide rail are all made of grease lubrication, which reduces the consumption of lubricating oil, reduces the pollution of coolant, and greatly improves the life of cutting fluid. The fully closed protective cover completely avoids the spillover of debris and dust, and will not cause pollution to the working environment.
